Inspired Kids are the Best Kids
My twins are seven years old now (time flies!!), and they are learning all about STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art and Music) careers at school. I went in to do a little presentation to their 2nd grade class about how I created a career in art and showed them some of my toy portraits, and in the days afterward a number of the students sent me drawings of some of their favorite toys (and minecraft…and the ocean). My 3 1/2 year old twins are going through an interesting phase. They don’t want to grow up. So the old “eat your vegetables or you won’t grow up big and strong” thing REALLY is not working at our house these days.
