“Lamby and Butterfly Blanket” for Estella
Lamby and Butterfly Blanket For Estella, age 5 Estella is five years old now, but she has loved Lamby and Butterfly Blanket since she was only five MONTHS old. That’s a long time in lamb/blanky years. I had my baby blankie through grad school, when it mysteriously disappeared after 28 years of love. Tragic, right? Read More“Harry” for Charlotte
Harry has been Charlotte’s best friend and sleep companion every day and night of her 4 1/2 years. He even wears a t-shirt with her name and birthdate, and a collar with Charlotte’s phone number in case he is ever lost (smart mommy!). “Ted” for David, a grownup Little Ted was a Christmas gift in 1984 for David when David was only 4 years old. David’s now 31, so I guess that means Ted turned 27 this Christmas (but still remarkably wears the little infant overalls that David himself wore as a baby). Ted has apparently gone with David everywhere over the years, and is “more well-traveled than most people” as David’s dad is known to...
